Expansion across Europe

With their spirit of knowledge sharing and mutual support, Concordia continues to grow in strength and depth, and as part of their strategic expansion, are now actively looking for new members from across Europe, particularly in countries where they don’t have an existing presence including Germany, France, Poland and Portugal.

What makes a Concordia member?

Concordia is an independent, non-competitive membership group of like-minded label converters, united by their core values of integrity, innovation and collaboration.

Members enjoy access to shared knowledge through a range of specialist committees, financial and operational benchmarking, collaborative supplier agreements and additional production capabilities, all within a trusted network of industry experts.  A further benefit to membership is the ability to join Concordia’s raw material buying group.

To be eligible for membership a candidate company should, amongst other things, uphold the highest levels of professionalism, be able to communicate fluently in written and spoken English, be willing to host members’ visits and tours to strengthen familial working relationships, have an annual turnover of over €10m and be willing to offer production capacity and support to fellow members if needed.

Benefits

Current Chairman of the Board, Dr. Adrian Steele explained, “We are delighted to welcome Digi-Paq as the newest member of the Concordia Labels family, as they bring fresh capabilities, strong values and a proven commitment to excellence to the group”, adding “Our aim is to further develop the skills, capabilities and growth of the label industry across Europe as we look to soon welcome our next new members, who we hope will bring the benefits of the Concordia family to more countries across the continent”.

Interested companies who align with Concordia’s vision and membership criteria are invited to contact Dr. Steele via e-mail (adrian.steele@mercianlabels.com) for more information.
